HYUNDAIMOTORSTUDIO X VITRA DESIGN MUSEUM
The "Home Stories", held at Hyundai Motor Studio Busan, is an exhibition that looks at the evolution of residential culture through innovative interiors over the past 100 years and presents the importance of "mobility" as a space for future life. More than 20 selected interiors through cooperation with the Vitra Design Museum were deeply inspired by the changes in residential spaces and innovative ideas of each period. The exhibition began with the presentation of the possibility of future mobility design through the Ioniq concept car "SEVEN," and it was concluded with a new work of "Studio Swine" through the exhibition featuring the history of the Vitra Design Museum over the past 100 years, providing a richer experience. In particular, the "Under a Flowing Field" work, which is made of Ioniq real-life materials, provides visitors with a comfortable rest and presents a new perspective on future mobility. The overall flow and core message of the "Home Story" exhibition were effectively conveyed to visitors, and the characteristics of residential culture in each era, innovation, and connectivity with future mobility were visually clearly presented so that visitors could deeply immerse themselves in the contents of the exhibition and understand them intuitively.
