Bando Construction's "The Crest Godeok" has been created as a unique and artistic residential complex through a special collaboration with world-renowned pop artist duo Craig & Karl. Participating in creating a new dimension of space that inspires art in everyday life beyond just residential space, Crack & Carl's original design has created a delicate melting point in the inside and outside of "The Crest Godeok." It allows visitors to meet the sensual works of Crack & Carl in various spaces such as the central square, shopping mall gate, public hall, and sculptures in the square, and the commercial facility "Papiere Godeok" in the complex also applied the creative design of Crack & Carl to harmonize with the functionality of the architectural space, which created "The Crest Godeok" as a special space that inspires art beyond simple residential space.
